Beatrice Nduta is currently the Managing Partner. She has years of experience in legal practice in areas of Intellectual property, Constitutional and Human Rights Law, Arbitration, Environmental law and land law and Criminal law. Beatrice is in charge of commercial and corporate department, litigation and conveyancing as well as the general administration and management of the law firm.

Notable Assignments

Representing the Company in giving legal advice and also drafting of legal Agreements as the members endeavored to put up a high rise building containing ultra-modern office suites in the business District of Westlands Nairobi. The Building in now complete and is known as “The Westery” and occupied to full capacity. The Building is valued at USD 6,622,018.34.

Notable Assignments

Representing the interests of Former Employees of Telkom Kenya in their lawsuit against their former employer, Telkom Kenya who were pursuing their pension dues. Suit was settled by consent and our Clients paid their dues. The suit was valued at USD 2,752,293.57

Currently representing over 100 former employees of Telkom Kenya Limited and Postal Corporation of Kenya and residents of Telposta Pension Scheme Apartments on Jogoo road at the Environment and land Court at Milimani currently pursuing their interest in purchasing the same Houses.

Representing over 90 residents of JoskaKamulu at Machakos Law Courts in pursuing their interests having purchased the property they reside on. Representing East African Portland Cement Company in a suit filed by Superior Homes Limited to allow Superior Homes Limited to purchase a portion of land measuring 337 acres following an agreement between the parties.The value of the subject matter is approximately USD 1,192,660.50.

Represented Kenya Airports Authority having been sued by Mutarara Enterprises Limited. The suit was about the closure of a road adjacent to the airport. Kenya Airports Authority alleged to have closed the road due to insecurity. The Judge ruled that closing the road was illegal and irregular as it was a public road and was prejudicial to the business along the road.

Negotiated the successful acquisition and compensation of Lekiji farm measuring approximately 1,142 acres in Laikipia County by the National Land commission through the Land Settlement Fund Board of Trustees.The value of the subject matter is approximately USD 1,428,571.43.

Currently defending the interest of Nairobi City County at the High Court at Milllimani seeking a Moratorium against decree holders seeking payments from the County for the County to consolidate its debt register and come up with a structure to settle the debts.

Secured the rights and interests of Kajiado County Governor after Warrants of Arrest were issued erroneously against the Governor for failure of the County to raise Invoices for several pieces of land. On filling an Application for Judicial Review at the High Court, an order of Certiorari was issued quashing the decision by the Magistrate contained in the Warrants of arrest.
